• All fees for courses and services are as listed on the Site and are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order, program request, consultancy service placed with us.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Malaysia, Ace Solutions Training & Consultancy PLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the site or our services.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ace Solutions Training & Consultancy PLT harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Penang, Malaysia or another specified Malaysian venue, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
