1. General
Due to the nature of our digital and service-based products (training courses and consultancy), we have a strict no-refund policy for completed or accessed services. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, and the following outlines our policy for cancellations and exceptional circumstances.
2. Training Course Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation More Than 20 Working Days Before Course Start: You are entitled to a full refund on the professional fees or a credit note on the professional fees value for a future course.

Cancellation Between 5-19 Working Days Before Course Start: You are entitled to a 50% refund or a 100% credit note.

Cancellation Less Than 5 Working Days Before Course Start: No refund will be provided. The full course fee will be forfeited.

Substitutions: You may substitute another person to attend the course in your place at no extra charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

No-Show: Participants who do not attend a course without prior notification are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Refund is only limited to the professional fees. Any other cost such as hotel, accommodation, transport, venue, third party vendor payment that has been paid or incurred will be borne by the client.
3. Consultancy Services Refunds

Refunds for consultancy services are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed in the individual Consultancy Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

If a project is terminated by the client after commencement, fees for work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date are payable, and no refund will be issued for that portion.
4. Digital Products

Once access to downloadable course materials, pre-recorded online courses, or digital resources has been granted, no refunds will be issued.
5. Course Cancellation by Ace Solutions Training & Consultancy PLT

If we cancel or postpone a course, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to the next available session. We are not liable for any other costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation, hotel, transport, venue, third party vendor etc).
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible criteria above, please liaise with the person in charge handling your account. Refunds will be processed within 14-30 working days.
