1. Policy Overview
Ace Solutions Training & Consultancy PLT specializes in providing professional training programs and consultancy services. This policy outlines the delivery methods and timelines for our services, which include both digital and in-person components. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

2. Scope of Delivery
Our deliverables vary based on the service purchased:

  • Public Training Courses: Delivery of access to a scheduled physical or virtual training session.

  • In-House/Corporate Training: Delivery of a customized training program at a client’s designated location or via a private virtual session.

  • Consultancy Services: Delivery of reports, analyses, strategic plans, and other agreed-upon deliverables as per the Consultancy Agreement.

  • Digital Products: Delivery of access to online courses, downloadable resources, and learning management systems (LMS).

3. Delivery Methods and Timelines

3.1. Training Courses (Public & In-House)

  • Access Delivery: For virtual training, login credentials, links, and instructions will be delivered via email to the registered email address at least 2 (two) working days before the course commencement date.

  • Physical Training: The exact venue address, date, and time will be confirmed in the registration confirmation email and a final reminder sent prior to the event.

  • Course Materials: Any digital materials (e.g., PDF workbooks, slides) will be delivered via email or made available on our download portal before or at the start of the course. Physical materials for in-person sessions will be provided at the venue.

3.2. Consultancy Services

  • Project Kick-off: The delivery of consultancy services begins with a formal kick-off meeting, scheduled after the signed agreement and initial payment are received.

  • Deliverable Timeline: Specific milestones and delivery dates for reports, presentations, and other outputs will be explicitly stated in the individual Statement of Work (SOW) or Consultancy Agreement. Delivery is typically via email or secure file-sharing platforms.

3.3. Digital Products (e.g., On-Demand Courses)

  • Instant Access: Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an automated email with instructions to access the course on our LMS. This access is granted immediately or latest within 24 (twenty four) hours of payment confirmation.

  • Access Duration: The duration of access (e.g., 30 days, 1 year, lifetime) will be clearly stated on the product sales page.

4. Shipping of Physical Goods (If Applicable)
On occasion, we may ship physical goods (e.g., certificates, branded merchandise, training kits).

  • Shipping Areas: We primarily ship within Malaysia. For international shipping, special arrangements and charges will apply.

  • Shipping Timeline: Standard shipping within Malaysia takes anywhere from 2-7 working days. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

  • Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout or stated in the invoice. For corporate clients, shipping terms will be specified in the agreement.

  • Tracking: For shipped items, a tracking number will be provided via email or whatsapp once the order has been dispatched.

5. Client’s Responsibilities for Successful Delivery
To ensure the successful delivery of our services, the client agrees to:

  • Provide a valid, frequently monitored email address during registration.

  • Ensure their IT infrastructure (for virtual training) meets the specified requirements.

  • For in-house training, provide a suitable venue and equipment as agreed upon.

  • For consultancy, provide timely information and access to key personnel to avoid project delays.

6. Delays in Service Delivery
Ace Solutions Training & Consultancy PLT is not liable for delays in delivery caused by:

  • Force Majeure Events: Including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or major power/telecommunications failures.

  • Client-Caused Delays: Such as late payments, failure to provide necessary information, or rescheduling requests.

  • Third-Party Issues: Failures in internet service providers, platform outages (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), venue or hotel failure or courier service delays.

In the event of a delay we are responsible for, we will notify you promptly and reschedule the delivery at the earliest mutually agreeable time.

7. Certificate of Completion Fulfillment

  • Digital Certificates: Will be delivered via email or made available for download earliest possible after course completion, pending full attendance and/or assessment.

  • Physical Certificates: Will be printed and shipped to the address on file earliest possible after course completion.
